The dishes complement the main menu of the restaurant, which features items that have already become hits, including green salad with chicory, onion soup, Burgundy snails, cacho e pepe, Chilean sea bass with pil-pil sauce and many others. Berry desserts complete the menu.: Neapolitan rum baba and Pavlova with strawberries, tarts with strawberries and raspberries, as well as refreshing gelato and sorbet.
As a peering, chef-sommelier Denis Leontiev offers guests more than 20 wine positions by the glass. The focus is on the key wine regions of Europe: Champagne, Bordeaux and Burgundy, where classic wine houses coexist with small farms. And the bar menu, created by chef Daniel Manusiants, combines modern techniques and an author's approach to working with ingredients. Among the cocktails is the "Silence of Things" with bourbon, passion fruit and white chocolate, "Coffee negroni" based on gin, liqueur with cocoa flavor and dry sherry and other combinations.
