Aperitivo Time and signature cocktails: Magritte launches new Italian aperitif formats

Arkady Novikov's European Magritte restaurant has two new gastronomic stories at once, united by the culture of the Italian aperitif. Chef Leonid Konobritsky reinterpreted Aperitivo Time by offering the guests to independently assemble the author's focaccia to their liking every day from 16:00 to 18:00, and under the guidance of chef bartender Daniil Manusiants, they created a branded cart from which the author's MARTINI cocktails are prepared all day right in front of the guest. During the warm season, the new formats are complemented by the atmosphere of the Magritte panoramic veranda with a view of Zaryadye Park and the historical center of Moscow.

Aperitivo Time and signature cocktails: Magritte launches new Italian aperitif formats

The Italian aperitivo tradition is a special ritual of leisurely meetings, when the day gradually turns into evening, and the conversation begins with a glass of wine or a cocktail accompanied by light snacks. At Magritte, chef Leonid Konobritsky rethought this idea by offering an interactive format. In a special menu, everyone collects their own focaccia: they choose the base — turkey mortadella, cecina — a traditional Spanish delicacy made from raw and lightly smoked beef — or tuna confit, then one of the sauces — salsa made from dried tomatoes, pistachio and basil pesto or aioli, and then complement it with romano leaves, arugula or juicy tomatoes. Ready-made focaccia for two is served with two glasses of "Martini Prosecco", "Martini Fiero & Tonic" or "Martini Fiero Spritz", turning a habitual snack into a full-fledged Aperitivo Time (5,600 rubles).

Another part of the project was a mobile cart with branded MARTINI cocktails from chef Daniel Manusiants. Drinks are prepared and complemented with finishing accents directly at the table, turning the serving into a lively dialogue between the bar and the guest. The special menu includes "Martini Fiero & Tonic" (1,150 rubles), "Martini Fiero Spritz" (1,250 rubles), "Dolce Vita" (1,650 rubles), "Fiero Negroni" (1,450 rubles), "Fiero 75" (1,350 rubles), as well as "Martinis Prosecco" (1,350 rubles) and "Martinis Prosecco Rose" (1,350 rubles).

Aperitivo Time is available from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., and signature MARTINI cocktails can be served from a trolley at any time: at the Magritte restaurant, you can assemble your own focaccia, order a drink that will be prepared right at the table, and continue exploring new formats on the cozy veranda with panoramic views of Zaryadye Park." and the historical center of Moscow.
